Return Policy

At Youthmu, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked “final sale”

 

Return Process

  1. Email us at youthmu1989@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Youthmu is not responsible for lost or unreturned parcels.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
