• Tried it on? Totally fine.

• Tags and packaging missing? Don’t worry—we’ll still accept it.

• Items just need to be in a reasonable condition when returned.

• Hygiene-sensitive products (like earrings or underwear) may not be eligible unless defective.

Quality Problems

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• We’ll refund you first, so you don’t have to wait.

• If you’d like, we’ll also send a free replacement directly to your home.
