Return Policy
At Youthmu, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked “final sale”
Return Process
- Email us at youthmu1989@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
- You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Youthmu is not responsible for lost or unreturned parcels.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
