Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Youthmu. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery for every order. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates
We offer international shipping to most countries. The estimated delivery time for all standard international orders is:
- 10 to 15 business days from the date of shipment
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and local postal services. Delays due to customs or unforeseen logistical issues are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you if needed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Youthmu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Youthmu is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at youthmu1989@outlook.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is dispatched.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may request photos of the packaging and damaged items to assist with the resolution. Youthmu will work with you to file a claim and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
